On March 22,  Whole Scoop owner David Cohen will bring his company’s ice cream cart to Samford’s campus. The ice cream cart will be located on Ben Brown Plaza from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Senior Taylor Korte and Junior Corbin Smith said they decided to work with the Whole Scoop for their public relations campaign because they liked the family-focused aspect of the business. Additionally, they also wanted to help Whole Scoop improve its social media sites.

“We chose the Whole Scoop because it is a family-focused business that had the potential to level up their social media, Korte said. “Corbin Smith, my teammate, had been going there since he was a kid so it was the perfect choice for our campaign.”

Those who are interested in the ice cream cart can expect to choose from the following ice cream flavors: mint cookies and cream, krazy kookie dough, salted caramel, chocolate chocolate chip, cookies and cream and cherry Italian ice.

Cohen will be taking payments via cash or card and those who purchase an ice cream will be entered in a raffle. Winners of the raffle will be to be contacted via the information they put on the raffle card and will receive a Whole Scoop gift certificate.
