The women’s basketball team has had an up and down season do far. With the Bulldogs being only 4-6 one wonders how the rest of the season will go.

In the past few weeks, the team lost against three teams but heat Alabama A&M, Miles, Talladega, and most recently Southern Miss.

The bulldogs took an early lead against the eagles in the first quarter and continued to push on for the win. Senior guard Andrea Cournoyer led the team scoring 29 points, ending the game with 71 points.

Samford will play Alabama State tomorrow in Montgomory at 5:30.
