Samford Public Safety made an arrest on campus at 2:21 in the afternoon on Sept. 5 near Vail Hall. The individual arrested was not affiliated with Samford University.
The police report detailed four separate offenses: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – 2nd offense, Receiving Stolen Property – Third Degree, Unlawful Possession of Controlled Circumstances and Obstructing of Justice Using a False Identity.
