Cadres have been in full swing this semester, but are quickly coming to a close. These groups are meant to give students a space outside of the classroom to be able to talk about their faith with fellow students. There is a list provided with different topic options led by different professors each semester. These options include topics such as women in the bible, speaking your truth, self care, and many more. Since these groups are faith based, the university offers convocation credit for attending and participating in a cadre. Dr. Daniel Haun chose to lead a cadre based on self care this semester. He has his students write their feelings in a journal every day and encourages them to think about how they can treat their personal being better.
