AFTER WRAPPING UP THEIR LAST FALL TOURNAMENT AT THE BIRMINGHAM COLLEGIATE INVITE MENS TENNIS WILL BE MOVING INTO EIGHT HOUR WEEKS. THE GUYS WILL BE FOCUSING ON MORE FITNESS AND INDIVIDUAL WORK ON COURT TO PREPARATION.

“We move into our eight hour week, so we will be working on more individual stuff a couple days a week and a lot of us will try to do some actual work and put a lot more work in the gym. I’ve talked to a few of her guys and we’re gonna try to build some muscle since we really don’t go to the season and try to stay after it” said Samford men’s tennis player Matthew Gooch.

THE BULLDOGS WILL BE KEEPING UP THE HARD WORK FOR THEIR RETURN IN THE SPRING SEASON AGAINST THE UNIVERSITY OF ALABAMA.
