As COVID-19 interrupted the plans and schedules of sports leagues around the world, the NFL was able to begin its 2020 season. The team owners who run this operation are not letting football amid a pandemic slow them down.

Despite the challenges, the NFL started its season last month with the Kickoff Game between defending Super Bowl champions Kansas City Chiefs and the Houston Texans, which resulted in a victory for the Chiefs.

This season, the Chiefs were the first team to start a season 4-0 for four consecutive years. After being defeated by the Raiders last week, the Chiefs are now 4-1 and considered a “top-tier” team this week. As long as the squad remains healthy, the Chiefs have a good chance of a successful season.

Ranked at No. 1 this week in the NFL Power Rankings, the Green Bay Packers are the first NFL team in history to score at least 150 points without a turnover in its first four games. Defeating the Falcons 30-16 last week, the Packers season continues to look up. There were many NFL teams who struggled to maintain a steady game plan for their season, but the Packers continue to strive for excellence and keep their unbeaten streak alive.

Previously at No. 7 in the rankings, the Tennessee Titans refused to let any challenges hinder their season. Now ranked No. 5, the Titans continue to power their way through the season. Powered by running back Derrick Henry and tight end Jonnu Smith, the Titans have found their stride early in the season. With COVID-19 lists being watched like injury lists, the Titans have not stopped fighting for an unforgettable season. Tennessee scored six touchdowns against the Bills last week, earning the team’s consideration as a serious contender in the AFC. The Titans are looking better this season than they have in over 10 years.

As teams prepare for the sixth week of the season, the NFL continues to play through what many believe will be the most memorable season in history.
